How to use:
1. Tear open the Axiostat package and apply Axiostat with pressure until the dressing adheres to the wound.
2. Do not lift or remove the Axiostat after use, even to check hemostasis. Apply field dressing to secure the Axiostat in place.
3. To remove the Axiostat, flush it with saline/water and carefully remove it.
4. Can be used to treat gunshot wounds.

How to use:
1. Remove excess blood, locate the source of bleeding, pack the wound with Axiostat gauze to stop the flow, applying constant pressure.
2. Discard excess gauze and continue applying pressure for 3 minutes until bleeding stops. Do not remove the Axiostat gauze to see if the bleeding has stopped.
3. Use a secondary dressing around the injury site to secure the gauze in one place and prevent further contamination of the wound.
4. To remove: unfold the secondary dressing, soak the Axiostat in copious amounts of saline, and carefully remove the gauze from the wound.

How to use:
1. Always use aseptic technique when dressing a wound.
2. Wash and clean the wound site.
3. Open the MaxioCel pouch and cut, fold or layer the dressing according to the wound.
4. Cover and secure with an appropriate secondary dressing.
5. To remove, soak in saline/water and gently peel off.
6. Slowly remove and discard the bandage.

When using MaxioCel tape dressings for wounds with deep cavities, insert the tape in one piece and leave at least 2-5 cm outside the wound for easy removal. (Do not clamp the wounds tightly as MaxioCel expands as it gels).
